I was afraid of going against a large corporation for a settlement I felt I was owed. Being the little guy there wasn't much hope. The doctor involved in my injury was very determined in a disability rating of zero. I wasn't able to do the same things I used to before my injury. Bob Nelson finessed them to realize my life changing injury was very serious and important to me and my family. He called me frequently to update me of the progress he was making and gave me hope that someone was there sharing my loss of life's natural productivity that I may never return to again. He apprised me of the settlement I was going to get which more than I would ever have imagined when the corporation and the doctor both were so steadfast in their original decision of zero disability. I believe it was through his vast experience of knowing the law, his diligence and his truely caring personality that was the clincher on the deal. When you have that on your side you can't loose.
