She not only understood my layman's way of explaining my situation she provided case law to support my filing of a case in local jurisdiction. Going up against an attorney but felt confident i could hold my own with the information sn explanation she provided.

Attorney Zimmer answered my question quickly and matter-of-factly, by providing case law for me to research and reference. Of several answers, hers was the most thorough and correct.

With her explanation not being terse and the detail she included, I would say she cared. Moreover, she gave me a perspective on my issue that was overlooked.
