I hire this this person 9 years ago to help with my mom who has dementia I need we poa and also need to protect her assets I got poa however he only created a will which does not protect her assets from Medicaid and now the nursing home is about to take everything of hers she would have been past the 7 year mark which is Medicaids rule and everything would have been protected but he didn’t do the proper type of will and his response as of 2 days ago was I didn’t think she was going to live this long what type of excuse is that for not preparing the correct type of legal papers to protect her assets and coming from attorney from my experience don’t hire him
