You have attorneys that will basically just show up to a closing and follow the script, flip through the closing documents leaving you to make sure everything discussed prior is accurate with little communication prior to closing. THAN there’s Atty Cheely and his staff that go above and beyond the pay they receive at closing. I’ve had dealings with Cheely on a few occasions with the last closing being extremely problematic (no fault of ours) and the patience he and his staff exhibited was beyond the call of duty. This property closed in August of 2022 and we finally received the last piece of documentation to completely finalize the dealings of the property and the service we received today was just as great from the service we received 12 months ago. Sadly there aren’t many people that take pride in there job, Cheely and his staff definitely have that old school mentality “they work for you (your best interest) not the monetary compensation”
