Worst law office ever 5 years with a immigration case they are already paid and had to hire another lawyer because this lawfirm is really incompetent just a waste of money wouldnt recomend at all.

Diaz team handle my home closure well and good

Bueno yo empecé mi caso con ellos desde Febrero 2017, y eso fue una larga lucha porque me cambiavan de asistente. Y siempre trataba de comunicarme con ellos y nada y cuando mi esposo pidió información fueron muy groseros con el, asta que llegó el Joben Carlos Diaz, es una persona muy amable y para el día de mi cita con migración que fue resiente el me explico todo gracias todo salio bien después de tanta espera, pero yo les diría que las personas que atienden los teléfonos no son nada profesionales.

Ok it’s been a year I started a case with them when I started they told me it take 3 to 6 months at 6 months I called them and they change it to one year I just called and they said still nothing but this is not the issue the thing is they always say i will call you back they told me that 6 months ago and I let past one week they didn’t called then I let past one more week and they didn’t call so I have to call again and they still tell me that they gonna called me back and again nothing when they finally give an answer they told me one year this June make a year I have to called them 4 days in a raw cuz again they been telling me that they will call back and nothing but to collect my money they was on time also calling me cuz it was about time to pay them then I forgot the date and they charge me 75 dollars late fee I gotta be honest I think I lost my money with them I don’t see no professionalism at all here

Mala experiencia

This law firm prolonged my divorce by telling the court that they didn’t receive my documents just to continue getting money from me. I never can get a call back only when I fail to make a payment. Would not recommend!

Lastima que por defecto tiene una estrella de otra manera no le daría ninguna. No se los recomiendo a Gina Díaz lamentablemente a mi me la recomendaron. Gina Díaz, desde un principio me dió un mal presentimiento negativo pero me dije ya estoy aquí vamos a darle una oportunidad, y se la dimos. Tomó nuestro caso de inmigración cobrandonos por mi esposa y por mi $15.000 poniendos una tarifa de $500 por mes, así comenzó nuestro caso. El trámite se alargó por mas de un año sin haber ningún resultado. Después de haber tomado nuestro caso quisimos hablar con ella después de 5 meses porque mi esposa y yo teníamos una pregunta pero simplemente buscaba escusas para no atendernos. En ese lapso de mas de un año pagamos $6,500.00 las secretarias nunca pudieron darnos una copia de recibo del pago correcto, siempre cometían errores y se molestaban porque las hacíamos que corrigieran el error. Al ver que no atendía a nuestra inquietudes después de un año decidimos cambiarnos con otro abogado que sólo nos cobró por mi esposa y por mi $3,500.00 y gracias a Dios ya tenemos nuestros papeles. Definitivamente no recomiendo a Gina Díaz.

I have recommended Gina Diaz to more than one colleague and friends and will continue to do so as she is the best of the best! She is professional, she communicates and follows-up in a timely manner and gets the job done.

Primero yo ise la sita con la abogada diaz y te mandan un asistente que no sabe nada savia mas yo que el y sus presios estan super caros yo me salve de que ellos llebaran mi caso esas personas no son abogados no entiendo esa ofisina hojala la cierren antes de que agan daño a familias busquen mas opsiones porfavor no bayan y otra cosa yo pague para tener una sita con la abogada diaz ami claramente me dijeron ablaras con la abogada diaz y no fue asi mi jente eviten esa ofisina ellos pagan por salir en la radio y la abogada diaz quien save si alguna ves aiga estado en esa ofisina alguna vez primero able con un asistente que no savia nada y pedi ablar con la abogada diaz y disque me mandaron un abogado que nomas savia desir puda que si o que no se supone que un abogado te guia en tu caso y pela por ti ese abogado que ni savia quien era solo desia pueda que si y pueda ser que no grasias adios encontre una abogada que si es abogada y arreglo mi caso por la midad del presio de que me queria cobrar esa ofisina
