Yo le boy a dar menos 5 estrellas. No recomiendo este lugar para nada yo creo que ahora vanden casas porque como abogados no sirven para nada tengo 3 años sin resolver mi caso no regresan las llamadas desde las que contestan el telefono la paralegal que lleva el caso la supervisora y la misma abogada son antiprofesionales.

En mi caso de immigration horrible servicio perdi mi tienpo y midinero muy mala esperensia no selos recomiendo para nada esta oficina

Great service

I've never once written a review of a service but I'll be making the exception for this place. I must agree with various reviews on this platform, the service is very very poor and the people who work here are really unprofessional. The first time we had a consult, the lady who attended us was rude but I must admit she did state the facts. Once my husband and I decided to sign up, they charged us $600 for them to start the process of asking for the FOIA. They told us it will take about 6-9 months for it to come back, possibly 3 months. We understood the timing. We would try calling them for other related questions and we would never get a call back. It was constantly leaving voicemails with no returns. I've been a paralegal myself for 5+ years and this should have been red flags already. This would never be allowed, all voicemails must be returned within 24 hours. I called once more to see what's going on, this lady let me know the FOIA had arrived a month ago but my husband and I never received a call to let us know. She mentioned she would have someone call us back to set up an appointment, guess what, it never happened. We went in person this time around, they had us waiting in the lobby for some time until finally a "paralegal" met with us. She was really really rude. She never once acknowledge me and only spoke to my husband even though I would answer her questions. She only then turned to me when she asked who was petitioning him which in turn I answered that it will be his wife which is me. I mentioned to her about the prior calls we would make, voicemails we would leave and no returns. She asked me what were the names of the secretary's we spoke with and when, I answered that I apologized but I didn't get no names, she said "Well if you don't know then I won't be able to help you". In my experience of being a paralegal, there should be a record of all calls and conversations that were made during those calls, clearly this office does not have this system. We asked for a copy of the FOIA which she said that she was not able to provide it to us then which I thought was weird. We went a couple other times after that asking for the FOIA which they would always say that they need to look for it and they will call us once they find it so we can go pick it up. Well, 2 years later and we still don't have the FOIA.
