“Free consultation” is them stating their fees, not saying what they can do to help. Waste of my time.

this place needs to be SHUT DOWN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVERPRICED. Save your time and money. you’re better off printing the forms online and doing it yourself.

La verdad muy decepcionada creo no siquiera era la abogada esta persona que me a tenido una actitud pésima lo que le pregunte sobre migración ni siquiera me dejo preguntarle y sus respuestas fueron dos tu no puedes hacer nada para arreglar y muchas gracias por tu solicitud de nuestro servicio pésimo que pena su servicio nada que ver a lo que hablan en la radio

So to be fair, I never gave these people a chance to do anything for me because I found representation some where else. First impressions are everything though. The reason was the other lawyer I got did more for me in a few hours then the Diaz group did. The lady who initially talked to me about my case was super rude, didnt tell me her name, no hand shake no nothing. She was really short with me and seemed to be having a bad day even though it was only 930 in the morning. I should've did my homework on these people and you should too! 300 bucks I didnt have, just wasted! Please do yourself a favor and look else where for your legal needs.

I opened a case a year and 10 months ago and I have never seen the lawyer Diaz. Every time I ask to talk to her I can only talk to the girl who helps fill up the documents. I’m really worry.

Horrible place. My sister hired this firm to represent her in court and paid them $500 to be present that day and the lawyer didn’t show up, and she asked for her money back and they made her in the lobby for hours and then told her she would have to wait 45 to get a check

Muy mal servicio tengo casi 1 año esperando respuesta de ellos llame y me mensionan otro caso por el que yo no fui segun me tranfieren con la persona que tomo mi caso y nunca contestan pesimo servicio no lo recomiendo para futuras personas mejor busque otro tipo de abogados que si sepan haser su trabajo

I had read the comments before going to this certain office to see for myself and I honestly shouldn't have wasted my family's time. The lady who I had spoke with was kind enough not to mention her name so I had no idea who I was talking to about a very personal matter. Good thing now we know who NOT to trust. Take your hard earned money and use it somewhere else because this office clearly does NOT deserve it

Be careful going here say they can help you with your case but they just want to take your money knowing you have no case will give you false hope but bleed you dry and take your money she says she's helping the raza but she's taking advantage of them oh and almost forgot all the good reviews are from family and employees
