Jim Ginzkey is an excellent choice for any medical malpractice matter. I recently worked as an expert on a medical malpractice case with Jim Ginzkey. I'm also an attorney - my area of expertise is modern and very technical. Jim (and his awesome paralegal, Susan) embraced this new technological way of investigating medical malpractice cases for the sake of getting the best result possible for his client. While working with this firm, they were always professional and responsive. In my line of work, I have observed dozens of live expert depositions and trial cross-examinations, and I've read many transcripts from some of the most skilled medical malpractice trial lawyers in the state. I don't get impressed easily. However, when I saw the skill with which Jim deposed the other side's expert, I was honestly in awe. He's razor-sharp and a tireless advocate for his clients.
