Josh turned one of the worst days of my life into a financial miracle. I was hit by a drunk driver after leaving a job interview in Bloomington. She didn’t have insurance, meaning everything would have to come out of my pocket. The car was totaled and I ended up spending the night in the hospital with a concussion and a brain bleed. I spent 4 months without a job, leaving me financially devastated. Calling Josh was the best thing I could have ever done. He was able to recover me a very substantial chunk of money, which I am so grateful for. He also made the entire process very painless. He took care of all the heavy lifting, while keeping me updated the entire time. After going through such a traumatic experience, it was refreshing being able to relax. I can’t recommend Josh enough.

Josh is a great human being who genuinely cares about others, and uses his deep knowledge of the law to do right by them. He works tirelessly to help people in their hour of need, and his track record proves he's someone you want on your side when the stakes are high. Josh is also a generous and active member of his community, a loving husband and father, and a great friend. And his positive energy is contagious (talk to him for five minutes and you'll know what I mean).

I wish I could give Josh and his team 100 stars! After I was in a car accident where I lost my car and my dog, I began the search for an attorney and I am so glad I decided to choose Josh!!
