Courteous and helpful staff, Taylor helped make my experience feel less complicated and clear!

All I will say is don't! Over priced for poor communication, poor quality effort on their part, and more nasty attitudes then one building should be able to hold. Bankruptcy is already a hard hit of what feels like defeat, being looked down at and treated like dirt on their shoes instead of being helped through the rough time only makes it worse. Find an attorney that has compassion instead of one who tells you that you can't afford their time even after you pay them. I felt disrespected, discriminated, and robbed. $1800 to hire them, I had to gather every document, fill out all the paperwork without their help, and when they made mistakes treated with distain like I had messed up. When it came time for our first meeting with the trustees, we learned they had filed the wrong papers, they were unprepared, and the lawyer at the meeting we had never met before, who didn't know our case, sat there without being of any use. Do not use Ostling and Associates!
