Great people to work with. I live out of town and on one of my appointments they allowed me to stay to fill out a paper instead of sending me home with it. That meant a lot.

As of right now, this review is about customer service and poor communication. I need to file two cases. One personal & one for business. When meeting with the attorney Michael, he informed me that everything I paid could be switched over to cover my business filing. I then receive an email stating that I still owe. I called numerous times & was told my business was paid for. Back & forth emails & no clarification. I tried to explain what Michael told me. Then, after another phone call, Melanie gets on the line and says I have to file both cases at once."" Once again, I informed what Michael told me. I could file the business first. Then, yet again, Melanie informed me that I could not do that. To top of the rude, disgraceful, and unprofessional service, Melanie said, "I don't care who you spoke to or what they told you." I asked to speak with Michael, and yet again, Melanie, with a rude, disgraceful, and unprofessional tone, informed me that he is not here. So again, this review is based on my customer service experience. This review may be modified once everything is completed.

Coming from someone with zero secretarial skills, no computer, and a wore out printer armed with only a cell phone. My experience of bankruptcy has been far from painless. Not taking from anyone on the Ostling and Abbott crew. Theres someone that definitely needs there time in the spotlight. Desiree. My whole process from gathering information, taking debtor cc course, all the way through petition and beyond i was lost. Desiree, thank you for hanging with me and guiding me through this process at every turn. I more than likely would have backed out if not for your help.
