I recently had to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was beyond nervous and had no idea what to do or how the process worked. They were able to get me in for consultation really quickly. I met with Michael Meyers and he went over everything with me, explained the process, and answered all my questions - he was very patient with me. All of the staff there are friendly and very helpful as well. I had to call back and ask questions a few times and every time they answered all my questions and explained things to me. They all made this process quick and as easy as possible. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to file bankruptcy.

They send you through an impossible phone tree, and then no one picks up. The workers are also rude in person. They will say they can't help you and tell you to leave after you tell them what you need assistance with. Ok, maybe they can't help, but the lady at the front didn't have to be snippy about it.

We found ourselves in a situation where we needed to use this service. It was a particularly scary time for us. We made an appointment with Jeffrey Abbott, and he and his associates helped us through this difficult process, and really saved us from sure disaster. Our lives now have intention and purpose again knowing there is light at the end of a long dark tunnel. Can’t thank them enough for their competency in their jobs and compassion for us.

The lady I spoke to, I could barely understand her. She cut me off multiple times. Barely listened to me. And was completely rude. She didn’t even state her name when she answered the phone. 0/10. I don’t care if you’ve heard this before or what have you, listen to what I have to say and try to help. Except she didnt! What a waste of my time!
