I requested Mr. Finegan’s help with what should have been a very simple house closing, but of course the other side tried to do silly things. Rob was answering our emails and responding to the other party after hours, on weekends, and was super available. His associates helped when he was unavailable and I am grateful for his services, which were also reasonably priced.

DUI CASE! Phil Finegan is the best DUI lawyer in Bloomington! It was my senior year in ISU when I was pulled over for not having my headlights on after a night at uptown. Since the first phone call he showed outstanding professionalism and educated me in possible outcomes that made it easy to decide which lawyer to chose. Phil had me come in and we reviewed the test videos together. I look good in the videos, and I didn’t blow (which is an automatic 1 year suspension). I pleaded not guilty. My case took about one year to reach trial. Phil was a great lawyer to work with and he used great defenses that helped my case. He knows his stuff! In the end I was found not guilty of my DUI case. I only had to pay a petty traffic ticket. I would highly recommend Phil Finegan for any case, he is the best lawyer in Bloomington!
