I cannot recommend Kanoski-Bresney in Bloomington, IL highly enough. I began working with them in January of this year. Without divulging personal details, my personal injury claim was a shot in the dark, at best. Attorney Bresney always kept my expectations in check while letting me know he would do his absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable and I was blown away by his abilities. It didn't feel like it made a difference that my claim was on the small scale (compared to other clients I'm sure they have), I felt like my case mattered to them. I received frequent updates from Lori, who always kept me in the loop about the progress in my case. She was so kind and helpful. I always knew what to expect and what was needed of me, which led me to feel comfortable and prepared. Today, my case is finally settled. Not only did they meet my expectations, they FAR exceeded them. My medical bills are 100% covered, and then some. Also very deserving of acknowledgment is Attorney Couri-Cyphers, who worked hard on my case behind the scenes and finalized my settlement. She explained things thoroughly and clearly. For this firm to take on my claim (which I'm sure many attorneys would not have) and reach a settlement as they did with the opposing insurance company, I am forever grateful. I will highly recommend Kanoski-Bresney to anyone that finds themselves in a similar position.

Kanoski Bresney as a company is phenomenal. I have the privilege of having Todd L as my attorney and Janine as his legal assistant. They were hands down amazing in every way. Janine was always on point, professional and sweet. Todd went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and received what we deserved!
