They took all my info and informed me of a SLD.it was too close. Said I'd need a pro witness, sought one , then they tell me when it's too late that a professional witness isn't a pro who will confirm your delema but a pro witness is one who just works for trial evidence. Then with only days befor SLD they give me a # in Springfield to call and she tells me of other options of reporting complaint . And also that it's too late. So I did a lot of contact work myself stressed out big time and got nothing but more Dr Bill's. I had 3 more months till 2nd surgery SLD they didnt offer anything.

You can only rate 5 star on here but I give Larry Apfelbaum a 10. He is a awsome lawyer and gets the job done .Larry has taken on more then one case for me and has accomplish every case in a timely matter and to the best of his ability. Some people mistake Larry wrong because of the aggressive he has from being a 31 year experienced Lawyer. But u have to ask your self ..Do u want a friend in court or a Experienced lawyer who gets the job done. Well he got the job done for me . Very nice staff and the main receptionist is outstanding. I cannot recommend Kanoski-Bresney in Bloomington, IL highly enough. I began working with them in January of this year. Without divulging personal details, my personal injury claim was a shot in the dark, at best. Attorney Bresney always kept my expectations in check while letting me know he would do his absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable and I was blown away by his abilities. It didn't feel like it made a difference that my claim was on the small scale (compared to other clients I'm sure they have), I felt like my case mattered to them. I received frequent updates from Lori, who always kept me in the loop about the progress in my case. She was so kind and helpful. I always knew what to expect and what was needed of me, which led me to feel comfortable and prepared. Today, my case is finally settled. Not only did they meet my expectations, they FAR exceeded them. My medical bills are 100% covered, and then some. Also very deserving of acknowledgment is Attorney Couri-Cyphers, who worked hard on my case behind the scenes and finalized my settlement. She explained things thoroughly and clearly. For this firm to take on my claim (which I'm sure many attorneys would not have) and reach a settlement as they did with the opposing insurance company, I am forever grateful.
