Polite but does not get the job done!

Words can't explain how happy i am with Bill and his services. Bill was with me all the way from beginning to the end. The reason i gave this place 5 stars was because when i told Bill that family means more to me then anything in this world and Steve was like family to me, And Bill told me to trust him and let him work. WELL I trusted him and let him work and all i can say is Bill and the Williams and Swee firm are my family in general. Thanks Bill for changing my life and being apart of my family. Btw don't stop changing people lives in a good way Thanks.

I've had these lawyers a while back and the experience with Jean swee was amazing at the time but she was for workers comp and she was great at what she does BUT I'm having an issue with Dirk May he is for social security and I've been calling him for answers due to a case which was in 2010 and he got me a settlement from social security which didn't do me any good because they said they over paid me and I was working when the settlement took place and now they are saying it's my fault they made the over payment which if anyone knows social security they do this to people all the time so now I'm trying to fight this assumption because the over payment was paid only cuz they took my income tax but I want my money back and Dirk is not helping me at all he don't even explain things right especially when in theses matters they talk lawyer lingo well I'm not a lawyer and I need things explained correctly. But besides that he isn't doing anything to help me so if anyone goes to these lawyers don't get him because it's been 8 months and I still don't have any answers or not one single call letting me know anything and I continue to wait, this case has been paid and since he's already got his money they don't care if you get yours or not!!

I came to this law office and talk to a great man then this great man passed away And afterwards they just hand in my case off to another lawyer that did not care read the case then did not even want to meet with me to hear the details just disregarded me like trash Then received a call saying my appointment would cancel I'm that I will get a letter in the mail Going from a caring law from To not caring such a shame

Swee convinced me to settle on a workplace injury & 25 years later I’m almost disabled due to same & have no recourse. Worst advice I’ve ever been given.

The absolute worst. Never received copies of what they did, whenever they did…IF they did. Even when I asked Dirk for copies, I got 1 thing. Either the last thing he did or the only thing he did..I certainly have reason to wonder. Vickie, his assistant is by all rights a nincompoop. At least she admitted she was “busy and didn’t have time to complete my simple and relatively short appeal information-as I wait in the brink of HOMELESSNESS…so yeah, I have not much appreciation for her candid honesty about her laziness. When I was able to work-I WENT HOME WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE…excuses would have lost me my customers then my job! Dirk is useless…I’m sure he’s helped someone-and I know he’s not in charge of our crooked government systems, but I clearly was not important to him. He didn’t listen to me very well. There was no personable emotions whatsoever. I’d say find an actual lawyers office with exact paperwork trails-before (or even after in my case) you have to ask for it, a caring office with attentive personnel..not excuse making clock punchers…just don’t make the mistake that cost me a year of nothing..including timely appropriate communications.
