In an effort to avoid any potential legal issues, I’ll not use my real name. But, Don Pioletti charged me $5000.00 for a divorce, but showed up to the first hearing for child support, and acted like he was in left field when he should have been at home plate taking the pitch. He left my paperwork at the office and had to borrow my ex’s attorneys paperwork. I’m sitting there watching this and thanking Christ that this was not a criminal defense case. I thought to myself, “ Sweet Jesus, sweet mother of God, Leslie Nielsen couldn’t have done a more screwball performance! Was his @$$ resurrected? “. That’s when I started praying, in my head, to the Lord. “ Lord, Jesus, oh please be with me. I dropped five grand on a comedy routine, and I’m not laughing.” Then, the ex’s attorney starts lambasting my reputation, and I’m looking at Don, and my eyes are saying, “ I know your @$$ isn’t going to just there now is it?” Finally, finally he yells out, “Objection”. Eventually, an ambulance had to be called on my behalf as my rectum was now a foot wide and resting on the floor. After having my rectum repaired, I had come to the conclusion that I made a grave decision. I eventually went to Todd Roseberry. He was significantly cheaper, and I believe did a far better job.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe. He made the process smooth and did everything in a timely manner. Whenever I called he always had the answers to my questions. I would highly recommend Joe for your legal needs! Thanks Joe!!!!!!

This firm was absolutely amazing managing my divorce case. My team consisted of Mike Nichols (attorney) + Rebecca Rogalski (paralegal) who work together, collaborate, answer questions at all times of the day or night and truly looking out for your best interest without giving unrealistic expectations. If something is unreasonable, they will tell you. Communication is absolutely top notch and exceeded my expectations as e-mail, text, calls and in-person meetings were all used appropriately. They are more than fair on their billing as they clearly aren't the typical "nickel and dime you to death" type of firm. In the end, the investment into the partnership paid for itself and then some given the overall outcomes which would've been much sooner than the 18 months had the opposition had the same values (and modern communication methods) as Pioletti Pioletti & Nichols.
