Billing practices that can be confusing or unexpected
“Attorneys are the only people that I know that get paid for a job before they even do it only thing I can say is make sure you read everything before you sign anything with this attorney and find out how he bills because this attorney bills you for every little thing opening a letter opening an email or even a cal on the phone and if or when you get your last bill from him just make sure you have it paid off before 30 days because you'll get another bill in the mail from him $100 late fee only thing I can say is unbelievable this man is still in business”

Rude or unhelpful reception staff
“Very rude receptionist. Website offers free legal advice. Asked question, was put on hold, she (the receptionist) came back on line, was told can't help, and hung up on me. If thats how they treat a prospective client, don't waste your time. What a joke. Zero stars”
