“She had a hard time understanding the issue even with pictures and plot maps. When I was told by the seller that he was going the make an offer to me that was larger yet still under what the contract state I told her the next day. Instead of quickly calling the other attorney and informing him that it was not going to work, she waited for a for a formal offer, which took a month.”

“From the beginning when I called the sellers attorney out for lying to her she defended him saying that he has never lied to her in 25 years (should have fired her at this time as all attorneys lie at some point) and seemed to want to go with his best interest.”
