I was lucky enough to work with Joel Hymen as my real estate attorney as a purchaser. I had a horrible real estate agent who eventually just did nothing to further the process. It was a nightmare, but Joel was always there for me. He'd respond to e-mails and calls, and keep me updated. He was honest and forthright for me, and never upped his fee, even though I KNOW he did a large part of my agent's work for her. He was the only person I trusted during this whole process and he kept me focused on the end goal, in which his skills really made everything work out for the best for me. Fabulous staff, also, in the few things I was involved with them, but he was hands on with me.
