After trying to settle with insurance, and finding them uncooperative, we engaged Ms. Soucie to represent us in the matter. Although, it was a long process, she stuck with it and did her best to keep us informed even with covid interrupting many proceedings. We also were out of state from where the accident happened, so she was great about making travel for me less of an issue. I appreciate all she did to negotiate a settlement with the companies involved and to resolve the matter with a satisfactory settlement.
