Dan has assisted our company with its litigation matters for the past 10 years, during which time he has acted in an exemplary fashion, always with the best interests of our company foremost in his actions. We would highly recommend Dan to other organizations in need of a litigation attorney.

Dan has been General Counsel to the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce since 2010. As a member of the Chamber's Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Dan dedicates much of his time consulting the Chamber on all matters, legal and otherwise. This is a completely volunteer position, yet any time we have had a legal matter that needed attention, Dan has been extremely prompt in tending to and resolving our issue. He is also extremely knowledgeable in many different areas of the law. As a Chamber of Commerce, we are a non-profit organization with numerous divisions, and Dan has, at one point or another, successfully assisted each division. Whether it has been a contract negotiation, taxation issue, lease negotiations, etc.., Dan has risen to every challenge we have thrown at him. Most importantly, Dan is extremely honest, reputable and personable. He is a wonderful person and someone that the Chicagoland Chamber will be doing business with for years to come.
