Donald Kiolbassa our Attorney for the sale of our house in Chicago last month. He was absolutely fantastic and gave us great advice and helped navigate some tricky issues that arose (especially with the home inspection and prorating property tax ) saving us money and headaches.
We were out of state during the whole process and Donald and his team were really accommodating and took so much stress out of the whole transaction, thoroughly explaining everything, right up to and including closing.
