Don and team were extremely helpful in navigating the permit and court process on an investment property I purchased with existing violations. They clearly explained steps and guided me through the process even during COVID times with delayed court dates, closed city offices and long inspection times. Don came highly recommended from a friend who worked in Chicago Real Estate for years. After working with him, I know why. Don was super responsive and patient. He was always available to answer our many questions, he is super personable, and we never felt rushed. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about real estate law, and provided some excellent guidance when our HOA was having trouble with an owner. I highly recommend Don and would hire him again for any real estate transaction. In short- Hire Don!!!

I have used Don for two closings now and could not be more impressed with him and his staff. The first one was very complicated and they were able to clear all of the hurdles for me. The second one had some sticky negotiations and Don walked me thru all of my options clearly and carefully. He helped me make very sound decisions that am very grateful for. He is always there to take your call and answer any questions, big or small. A great choice - and one that I will make again when the time comes.
