My partner and I, hired Don’s firm to handle the closing on our home That was the best decision we made together in 27 years !!! Don & his team answered every call as well as every question we had …. We had a lot of questions ! Closing went very smoothly with no hiccups!!! This was a couple years back….. I’ve been having some issues with a HOA for the last 3-4 years It’s a unique situation, the HOA is for a campground down south We bought 5 lots paid our dues & taxes We didn’t get water hook up till recently as well as access to the properties Long story short ….. I called Don Unfortunately it was out of his norm for travel However….. Don called on some of his colleagues that worked close by out properties Don took the time to contact attorneys in the area , Got back to me via email answered another handful of questions, as well as gave me some advise All At NO COST !! That’s very rare to find in today’s world Don went out of his way for me….. how many attorneys do you know that would do that for someone, at NO COST !
