Robert Phillips and the personnel where he practices were nothing but professional, courteous, thorough and a pleasure to work with. For my auto collision, I was referred to them by friends and was never disappointed. They have even maintained contact with my family to this date, several years later. It has been almost 20 years since we contacted his law firm concerning a medical malpractice case. At the time his partner had him sit down and listen to us. Rob Phillips did an outstanding job for us. He is a very thoughtful and tenacious lawyer. He really considers his clients needs and is compassionate about helping his clients. He challenges the opposing counsel with his arguments and responses. He does not tolerate or enable any behavior or supposition that would not be in the best interest of his clients. On 2/16/10 we have reached out to Robert Phillips concerning an incident that took place involving our mother. The question we asked was whether we should pursue legal action. Mr. Phillips returned my call within 24 hours. I explained the situation. He was honest in his response and had indicated that based on the family's decision, he would be happy to represent the family. During the entire course of the case, Mr. Phillips and his firm was responsive to all questions, as well as, responsive to meeting with my siblings should they have any questions.
