Knowledgeable and experienced attorneys who are effective in handling complex immigration cases
“Robert is an excellent immigration lawyer. I was able to get my status approved with his help, every case is different, but I just want to say it was a pleasure working with him. He is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable since day one of introducing my case.”

“Robert and his assistants made this process easier, less overwhelming, and less stressful. As the result, everything went so smoothly, and I got my green card on hand in 4 months since filing.”
3
Prepare clients thoroughly for interviews and hearings
“He prepared us very well, gave us a checklist of documents and also a list of questions to be prepared for. He also had us have an interview preparation meeting with him. It made things very simple for us!”
4
Personable and caring approach, treating clients like family
“Robert is definitely go-to guy when it comes to immigration cases. He and his assistants made this process easier, less overwhelming, and less stressful. As the result, everything went so smoothly, and I got my green card on hand in 4 months since filing.”
5
Affordable and transparent pricing
“His fees were the best out of all the lawyers we talked to in Chicago. If you need a very good lawyer that will really care about your case and go out of his way to provide a great service, go to Mr. Milla.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication from some attorneys
“I called back after sending Robert all of my documents to find out if he could help me or not.. I was told he'd call me back.. a few days go by, and nothing. So I reached out again and wrote an email. A day goes by, and he responds by telling me he'd call me later on that day. Never heard from him.. I write him another email asking if he can still help me or not. IM STILL WAITING TO HEAR.”
2
Failure to provide expected services or handle cases properly
“Robert told me he could help, was an open and shut case according to him, then he dropped off the face of the earth. He was always either on vacation or away from the office. I've been given 2-3 different cell phone numbers for him, all of which are no longer in service. I then received a letter 2 months later randomly saying he can no longer take my case...no explanation, no phone call...nothing.”
