I cannot give enough positive feedback for Mr. Kerr. I left him a message the night I ran into legal issues and he returned my call within less than an hour of the initial contact. He sounded confident and trustworthy over the phone, and I did not hesitate to work with him. Mr. Kerr took my case even though it was in a different county well over an hour away from his office. This gesture, to me, was going well above and beyond what was expected of him. He kept me updated completely throughout the process, and assisted me in getting the best possible outcome of my case. During my time as a client of Robert's I ran into a few difficult situations, and instead of giving up on me because of how serious my situation had gotten, Robert helped me through everything. I have referred him to acquaintances of mine as well, who have contacted me months afterward thanking me for getting them in contact with this man. I am now completely done with court with a good possibility of never having anything on my permanent record thanks to Robert Kerr. I would not be as well off as I am today if it were not for him. I know if I ever get into trouble or have friends in a tight spot, he will be the first one to call.

I can’t say to much about Mr. Kerr, Other then he was very professional with dealing with my case. His performance was outstanding and he stood on business at all times. He was never no more than a call away, in fact every time I called him he either answered or got back with me in a timely fashion. I have much respect for Mr. Kerr. Hopefully I won’t need a lawyer again but if I do he’s going to be the first to call. He was worth every penny !!

If I could give Robert Kerr and his Partner no stars I would. These are uncommon attorneys... I can’t seem to express the terrible treatment I received from this merely racist Attorney... I don’t want to further in detail besides he has a terrible attitude and is very self centered concerning money and not results. I’ve delt with him for merely 10 years and he never seemed to care. After him cursing me out in the hallway in court and side talking behind my back to the States Attorney I was done. He is not a good attorney. My company does alcohol and drug evaluations, treatment classes, and driver’s license reinstatement work. Robert Kerr and I have had dozens of mutual clients and he is the best at what he does. If you need a bulldog of an attorney for a DUI or possession case, he’s your guy. He is 100% there for his clients. I cannot recommend this guy enough. Hire him!

I normally don’t post a review on much. In this situation I thought it would be a crime not to inform people on how unbelievable and professional Robert Kerr and his Partner Michael P. Schmiege are. They represented somebody very dearly to me in 2 DUI Cases. They were always straight forward and honest with him. Never made no false promises they couldn’t Keep. As far as payment, they helped him out and worked it out with him. I'm not saying it was cheap but for 2 cases you couldn’t ask for less. I was there for the final hearing on one of the cases and let me tell you, I thought this only happened on TV but Robert Kerr handle that case like a true professional. I wouldn’t want to go against him. He won the case and made every possible point to help this person. If I could ever recommend anybody it would be Robert Kerr & Michael P. Schmiege. By the way they have a wonderful Staff who help you with whatever question you may have when Robert or Michael are not available. But believe me when I say this. You call them at any time of the day they always answer and if not you get a call minutes after. So I know it’s hard to trust lawyers and to find a good one, but if I ever run into trouble or know anybody who does. They will be the only Lawyers I would ever recommend to anybody.
