I cannot express eloquently enough in words what Lindsey, Marlyn, and the entire team at Strom & Associates did for me during my work comp case. My former employer made me feel like an outsider, a criminal, treated me so poorly during my case, and Lindsey and Co. made me feel like an actual person, not just a number. They went above and beyond helping me throughout the entire process and fought to get me the best settlement possible. I cannot thank them enough for the job well done. Lindsey Strom handled my father's case he had an accident at work but unfortunately my father passed away later on due to other health issues and Lindsey contacted me so I took over my fathers case and today I can say that I am very thankful for everything her and her team did she helped me a lot she guided me through everything step by step and kept me updated the whole time. She always answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable she really nice and friendly. My husband was seriously injured at work; the most important decision I made was to hire Strom & Associates. I interviewed three different firms and by far Strom & Associates were the clear choice. Neal Strom was kind enough to come to the hospital because my husband was still recovering from surgery; and let me say that the other two firms I interviewed DID NOT offer to do this. Neal explained our options and made my husband feel that everything was going to be okay. You can't put a price on compassion from one human being to another and I knew that going forward no matter what happened we were going to be okay. This lawyer's knowledge of the law is completely laughable. Very adittudinal and just all over annoying

After 2 1/2 years, this firm finally settled my personal injury suit. A partner was my initial attorney and he didn’t know how to “monetize my case” (his words). It seemed he wanted me to do the work for him. Once he was let go or quit the firm, I was placed with two new attorneys. They finally got my case settled for $50,000. Good news? Nope! They decided to take it upon themselves to contact my bankruptcy trustee to inform them of the settlement even tho I supplied them with my discharge papers and my bankruptcy attorney had told them that there was no legal basis to do so since the bankruptcy was fully discharged. They ignored me, as their client, and my bankruptcy attorney and did what they wanted to do regardless. Of the $50,000, this firm took $20,000 (40%) off the top. They also didn’t pay all the medical bills from the settlement, leaving me with a bill just short of $1000 to pay out of my share. After it was all said and done, they cost me an additional $13,000 for no reason other than their incompetence. I was left with $15,000 of a $50,000 (30%)settlement that took over two years to complete. This firm is not reputable and does not have your best interest in mind. I would highly suggest you find a different firm. Thank me later!

I had the unfortunate experience of being injured at work. The process was completely an unfamiliar situation for me. Most people are untrusting of attorneys.
