I have been Richard Hanus’ client for many years, starting with when he helped me get my complicated green card case approved, and up until now as I am about to take the oath of citizenship. First, I can say Atty Hanus is an honest person and he gets the work done. My anxiety was through the roof driving to my citizenship interview but when i got there and i saw Atty Hanus, I knew I was gonna be okay. I knew he's expensive but I didnt care. Your money will always come back but the help that he can/will provide for you is, forever. Also, I want to say that Atty Hanus and his staff (Ana) are very good at communicating. They respond to your calls and emails very quick. Im glad Richard Hanus is my lawyer and I’m very thankful for all of the ways he and his office have helped me!

Richard Hanus is very approachable and he will tell you the answers to your questions like it is. He is very honest with his responses and while you may not like some of the feedback he gives, there is no one else like him that will give you a straight answer and a truthful one at that. Also, I’m very pleased with how well the firm answers questions immediately and efficiently, and keeps things stress free throughout our process. Whether it be through email or call back, they are very consistent and I just really like how everyone at firm is very cooperative and works well with you. If there are any news or updates, they will call and email as soon as they can. Most important, with Richard’s expert help, my husband and I got our green cards and now can live without worry in the US. Richard Hanus is a great lawyer to have in your corner, and I heartily recommend Mr. Hanus to anybody seeking legal representation on their immigration case. Our family has worked with him for over 15 years and he has helped resolve problems which we initially viewed as perhaps being insurmountable. We originally discovered his firm when my sister inadvertently let her H1B visa expire back in 2007. We then decided to also engage his services during my parents' citizenship application which involved difficult circumstances and eligibility concerns. Gratefully, my sister's problem was solved quickly. My parents' citizenship application was a more complicated affair; however, we also reached the desired outcome of having their application approved. In working with Mr. Hanus and his firm, I appreciated how accessible he and his staff were throughout both processes. As we are not lawyers, it's difficult to know exactly how the fact patterns should be presented, and we were fearful that we may unknowingly hurt our chances of getting approved in case we filled the forms incorrectly, or failed to provide the required documentation. Mr. Hanus is extremely resourceful, and with a down to earth style of communicating with his clients. He is personable and easy to talk to. He presents the legal perspective clearly, but also provides his real world take on how the case is likely to proceed based on his prior experience. In addition, he is not fearful of immigration officers. He appears to know many of them from past cases and has no hesitation in escalating matters to immigration officers' managers if he feels that taking such step is necessary. Having access to Mr. Hanus calmed our nerves and gave us confidence that our paperwork was in proper order, relieving our stress and allowing us all to live our lives with minimal worry while awaiting outcomes. Without Richard Hanus as our lawyer I seriously question whether we could have achieved these amazing results.

I have been waiting for over a week for a call back and I have received nothing!! I looked at the reviews and just knew I was in for a great experience and I have been left with nothing!! If you can't or won't take someone, a call to at least tell them that would be great!! I hate companies that pick and choose!! How distasteful!
