I applied for my u visa in June ,2017 and she never followe up my case and by her team so my whole u visa case she messed up now I have two I-918 number one from 2017 and one 2019 when I asked her which one is considered she said she don’t know now she said 2019 she changed statements too many times so I suggest you take everything on paper with her even she charged me I-765 filling fee $410 which uscis never does first time filing for EAD so she don’t have any experience of any kind of law now she blocked me on email and not replying me bcuz she is in fault also she withdraw my 2017 case without my permission and filed new package 2019 and never informed me about that now if she filed new u visa package in 2019 she need my signature in all forms she did by herself even she and her law team don’t know how file I-765 in which category she did mine in A-19 category it’s supposed to c-14 I don’t how she get her law degree and license to do law practice now I am two years behind bcuz of azita Mojarad and her law firm I filed complaints against her in ARDC in Chicago Illinois but they said it’s just minor fault and closed my complaint really just minor mistake she didn’t submitted supplement B in 2017 and withdrew my that case without concern with me , also filed another u visa package with my copied my signature in all forms and filed I-765 with wrong category seriously ARDC how much money she give to closed my complaint

If you can need to navigate a deceptive attorney this group is a great resource. The wheels of justice move at the pace of erosion, but there is a process in place. To navigate these waters you need to have a lot of patience and follow through.

He cannot give legal advice, however, he gave me the Rules that I needed to know my answer and spoke with me at length about my situation, read the relevant rules and exceptions to me, and was kind, compassionate & SO intelligent about the law. Thank you again Rory. You will go far in this profession, but the lawyers and public need lawyers like him at the ARDC!
