Where do I begin? I had the fortunate pleasure of retaining Ashley Fontana as my counsel about a year and half ago. Let me tell you, my case is very dysfunctional as I have been a single father with a 6- year old son in which whom I have been fighting for 5 & 1/2 years. I retained "a father's rights law firm", in which was THE WORSE move I had ever made Morally and Financially. I have also retained a Law firm that really did not know what they were doing and got into a parental agreement in which wasn't even explained thoroughly to me. Well, they say "Third time is a charm" and let me tell you it WAS! Ashley not only took my case not fully knowing how insane and ludicrous it is, but she didn't change her mind NOR did back down at all from my ex-wife and her "outlandish" allegations. Ashley fought for me and kept me in the loop THE ENTIRE TIME as well. She took her time getting to know me as an actual person/father instead of a "paycheck or client" but she saw that i was being strong-armed into giving up my rights to my son and having my character DE-famed as a father and person. Well long story short, after countless/pointless court hearings and multiple unfounded investigations the truth finally was put to light and everything that Ashley and I have been trying to tell the courts made sense to them! I was awarded Sole-Custody of my son after not being able to see him for over 8 months because Ashley fought and showed the courts that my ex-wife was in fact keeping my son away from me on purpose with no actual proof of anything! Ashley is a Godsend! She will not only fight for you and be your "MUSCLE", but she will also put sense into your head as well in picking which battles to fight, because as we all know most attorneys say "yeahh lets fight to the death" and then a month later receive a ridiculous bill, but this isn't Ashley and that's a very "RARE BREED" to find especially in this type of setting. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE going through this type of unfortunate circumstance to pleaseeee call Ashley Fontana, because she by far is THE BEST choice for when it comes to family law. Ashley, from the bottom of my heart I am so thankful for your knowledge in family law and your aggressiveness!
