Steven was great to work with. I had a crypto tax issue that Steven was able to review and resolve. I on my own would not have been able to navigate this issue with the IRS and State. Having a trained expert work on this was such a relieve. The case took longer than usual due to the pandemic. Steven made sure to keep me updated during the entire process with phone updates. We were able to get a favorable decision. It a big relieve and win for us. I highly recommend Steven Leahy to work on your tax issue. I have been dealing with the IRS for some time. I have been on payment plans, and off when I was out of work. I connected with Steven through LinkedIn. We exchanged a few messages and he instructed me to complete a POA, and mail back to him. He wanted to see my transcripts to see what was going on. Steven Leahy is a great lawyer. We hired him when our house was in forclosure and the bank would not work with us. He got the judge to dismiss the case the first time the bank filed and, when they filed again, he got the bank to agree to a modification that we can afford. He saved our house. He also worked with on a payment plan for his fees so that we could afford to hire him. He or his staff always were available for questions and kept us informed during the whole process.

I have heard so many horror stories of other attorneys who do not follow up or when they appear in court are not prepared and have to reappear again. Mr Leahy had set up appointments with me and was on time and gave his undivided attention to my case. He went through all the procedures with me and made sure I fully understand my part in the bankruptcy case. After each lesson of online work with the bankruptcy class his staff was available to answer any of my concerns. I felt so relieved to be able to always have someone available. The case was discharged within a short period of time without any hassles. I definitely would highly recommend him.
