I would like to say that working with Richard Hanus was one of the most easy and less stressful case I’ve ever dealt with. Richard was my father's lawyer, and our family didn’t worry so much about him getting approve due to what Richard have shown us and fought for him in court. My father had broken some laws when he was much younger and had a deportation case. Richard manage to fight for him and now after being in the U.S. for a long time he's finally a permanent resident thanks to Richard Hanus. Before Richard, he already had a lawyer, but we did not feel he really care about the case and that our chances to win were not good. So I switched to Richard because I could tell he was a better lawyer. What my family enjoyed the most when working with him was how professional he is and how he doesn’t give you false hope. He’s completely honest to us and keeping us informed of the step by step process. He genuinely wanted to help and care for my father's case and in the end we know we made the right choice by bringing Richard on the case as lawyer.

Justine and her team help us immensely with our real estate transaction. She was so knowledgable and helpful -- able to foresee any curveball that could come our way. She tapped into working with a title company rep who worked with scenarios similar to ours, making the process smooth and painless. Superb expertise

On behalf of one of your recent clients, I will comment on his experience. Richard Hanus did not do his job correctly as a lawyer. He wasted our time, money and betrayed our trust. He had his client go out looking for all the documents needed for court (which is a lawyers job to do). He did not do his best at his job in helping the client and while he was at it he demanded for $10,000 for him to sit back and not complete the job! I am so upset and furious that YOU did not do a good job. You did not fight back! As a lawyer, you did a poor job and I hope nobody else goes to you for that because you did not do it right. Very unprofessional. You are all of above, poor quality, poor value, not professional and not responsive. Please, do not fool others how you fooled us. Learn how to be a valuable Lawyer and then you will be good at it. ***Based on the comment below, no you’re cooperation was not correct nor professional. I understand if this might seem unfair, but it is not professional for you to comment that my information is false. This is my personal opinion so please, do not correct me on this one. Anyone who is considering hiring an immigration lawyer should not think twice, and hire Richard Hanus as your lawyer as soon as possible. He is the best at his job and he has tons of experience in this field. He doesn’t waste any of your time. He is smart and fast in a process and his office always responded to my questions and kept their promises. I was in the U.S. as a student and knew I wanted to live here and get my green card but my solutions were not clear. I am so lucky to find Richard, he opened my window that there are possibilities through a sponsoring employer but he is also straightforward and did not get my hopes up. He told me my chances of succeeding were not certain at all. In the end, I appreciate how honest he was and am even more appreciating the results. After just over 2 years, I have a green card.
