Have you ever seen a movie where a lawyer comes around and changes everything for someone who seems to have no options? That is Attorney Drew Ball. As an attorney myself, I can honestly say that he is not just a lawyer, he is truly a zealous advocate for his clients and it takes a lot to impress me. He is the text book definition of an ethical legal pioneer. Mr. Ball is not only extremely knowledgeable, he is also diligent and efficient. I never had to wait for a reply or wonder what is happening in the case. He is that strong arm we all hope a lawyer can be , but he is also very kind and patient. He truly listens, then draws conclusions, then takes action. His legal arguments are never just a recital of your case and some basic concepts applied in between. When he concludes an investigation, you better be sure there will be an argument that would leave the opposing side with an understanding that some evidence against his client is not enough, only strong evidence will do and even then, they have a very hard job in proving it. If Mr. Ball is on your side, you are in good hands. In other words, when you see his name as a recipient of another award like many he has already received, he truly deserves it. Most importantly, not many attorneys dare to go against big insurance companies, but Mr. Ball does, and he does is with excellence. Most lawyers I’ve dealt with treat you like you’re just a case number. Not Mike Davis and his office staff. If I needed to talk to him, he called me back within 15 minutes (unless he was in court). He listened to what I was saying & advised me in verbiage I understood, not lawyer language. He didn’t beat around the bush, just talked the facts. My case was resolved better than I expected.
