This lawyer is intelligent, caring, and just wonderful in my opinion! Mr. Diggs is the lawyer for you no doubt about it. Great customer service and if you're looking for a payment plan this is the place for you.

I'm currently in the end phases of settling a case which Mr.Montgomery has handled and I realized I made a Big mistake in hiring him he is so unprofessional unprepared and a total jackass in my opinion should not be allowed to practice law.

After speaking to a few attorneys I lastly found Mr. Diggs after my phone interaction with him I was reassured and optimistic inregards to my case and what I was upagainst. During my 30 min consultation Mr. Diggs was very theral and informative as to what the possible outcome could be and what to expect. His willingness to help and professionalism is what I admired. Going forward if services are needed I definitely would recommend Mr. Diggs, with his compassion towards your needs and knowing the law I’m sure he will represent you well within the courtroom.
