Klain and associates after reviewing my case decided to take my case. As of today about 6 months later after getting calls and updates every month he decided to drop my claim because I question why he was asking very basic questions like " why I am disabled", why I can't work with my disability ect. Then as we are arguing decided to swear at me and drop my claim. Horrible customer service very unprofessional. I mean I know they have lots of cases but come do the job you were hired for. I personally need a lawyer that knows what they are doing and has the professionalism to do basic task like review my case before he gets on the phone. 6-7 months later he doest even take the time to review my case before he gets on the phone. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would.
