Klain and Associates did a great job seeing my disability go through from start to end. Everyone was there to help me with questions, doctors, etc. It took a while, but they did it! Great company to go to

My Social security was approved and I believed it was because of the law firm that I hired to help me through it.There's not a lot to say it's just a big waiting game for both sides.

Very caring and understanding people .I always sent them all my appt. And texted them.about all my.needs . I will use them.again . Thank you all . Great people to work with .

OMG!!! Just stop and run from this firm right NOW Mitch will never appear, A kid with law certificate will appear and be clueless to what’s going on with your case… To top it off they want you to agree with opposing counsel so they don’t do any work, and bill you for things and refuse to explain why and when u ask just withdraw from your case without notice..

Peter Polansky has been with my case since November of 2023 with no prevail. All attempts of contacting them have resulted no resolve. Instead, I have been faced with a nasty attitude from Peter whenever we do touch base, and am always being directed back to his secretary who is never in office and I always have to leave a message. Whenever she does get back to me she has no updates and the response stays the same. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to get this case resolved. I encourage all who have a bad experience to do the same. Communication is poor and the terrible attitudes are off putting.

Klain and Associates was very helpful along the brutal process of getting benefits. Their communication was prompt and I knew we could reach out with any questions. We did experience a bit of miscommunication. But, all and all, I would highly recommend them.

I called and spoke with an attorney, first and only time.After that it was Ruby Flores, she would call and asked if social security got in touch with me. Then she would ask have I had any doctors appts, all fine, although if you are in charge of the case, wouldn’t you know? Now next she asked me to have my doctors fill out forms and fax them to Klain, I had told her I don’t drive; still I did this twice. The third time I told her I can’t drive, and the doctors told me they did it. Told her she would have to fax the doctors to do it. Oh and I had received documents 6 months after, I called and asked what they were for, Ruby couldn’t have wouldn’t understand. I ended up calling Santiago to get it straightened out. I’ve called many, many times and begged to speak to an attorney, they were unable or unwilling to let me speak to one. So what has Klain done? Nothing that I see, I’m 62 years old, I can now get regular social security, no hassles, no denial, no need for attorneys that do nothing.

I want to personally give thanks to Klain & Associates crew: Sarah, Michelle, Ruby, and Brandon. I know that its a challenge everyday when dealing with us veterans. I really appreciate you guys in playing yall part in helping me with winning my SSDI case. Now for anyone out there looking for the best Klain & Associates git herr done 😂 😂 😂
