I was struck in a hit-and-run car accident. They never caught the person. My car was totaled, I had a bad concussion and upper body injuries. My insurance did not want to cover much at all. Jason dealt with the insurance companies and medical bills. Everything was taken care of. I was able to get physical therapy and replace my vehicle. He was very responsive, would highly recommend.

I didn't think anything else needed to be said after seeing all the extremely accurate responses from his other reviews. Then I read the 1 and only bad remark. I literally double checked to make sure they were speaking about the same Jason Ott that had repersent me. I am not the easiest of clients, I'm a procrastinator, I'm very forgetful, honestly I'm probably any lawyers worst nightmare. Mr Ott not only worked with me, he also was never condescending or impatient when I gave him great reason to be. Not only did the resent health epidemic strike very close to home for him it struck him personally. Amazingly he apologized to me repeatedly for any inconvenience. (Which there was none!) I can't give him high enough praise!! Thank you Mr Ott, and thank you to his amazing family for their patience as well.

I found Mr. Ott on the internet and hired him after four DUIs to help me get my driver's license back he was extremely informative and helpful through the entire process I didn't know what to think and had been misled by a number of other lawyers but then retained Mr. Ott he was not only very helpful but I could always reach him on the phone and was always courteous prompt and professional finally a lawyer who was working for me

Jason provided the best outcome possible for my case. I was given unsupervised probation, did not have to do anything other than pay my fines and wait two years for the charges to be dismissed. Any other attorney I would have had community service and supervised probation. I would have forgotten about the case completely but the probation officer sent me an email reminding me of the court date to dismiss charges and that he would send me the dismissal order. Jason turned the worst point of my life into the beginning of what has become the best part of my life. His fee was incredibly fair, Zi cannot recommend him enough.

Jason represented me when I was charged with two drug possession charges; felony and misdemeanor. Jason was very open, honest, and always available when I needed to speak with him. He put in the work to get my felony charge dropped completely, and got me deferred prosecution on my misdemeanor charge. Jason represented me on a hit and run property damage and failure to stop at a clear distance with a possible 8pts on my license. We spoke, he assured me we wouldn’t leave my court appearance with plea deal I didn’t want. He went in to talk to the prosecutor for a while. When they came out, we spoke... turns out zero points on my license, $460 in fines...which was a pretty surprising. I expected 2-3pts with having a prior DUI. Even better!
