This journey with Mr Butler has been a little lengthy, but he’s been quite thorough and I’m really happy with the motion we’ve filed. Mr Butler wasn’t assigned to me. My friend got him as a Public defender and he could NOT even ask for a bond. And was 0 help on her case could NOT even inform the family on a time frame about a bond hearing. If you get him a a Public defender get other help ASAP

Where do I begin? I had the fortunate pleasure of retaining Ashley Fontana as my counsel through a friend about a year and a half ago. My case isn’t just a “cut and dry” type of case as I’ve been battling custody for my son for 5&1/2 years and going through 2 different law firms, with thousands in the hole as well. Well, they say “Third time is a charm” and let me tell you it WAS! Ashely not only took my Case not fully knowing how insane and ludicrous it was, but she didn’t change her mind NOR did she back down at all from opposing counsel and their “outlandish” allegations. Ashley fought for me and kept me in the loop THE ENTIRE TIME as well. She took her time getting to know me as an actual person/father instead of a “paycheck or client” it she saw that j was being strong-armed into giving up my rights to my son while having my character de-famed as a father and a person. Well long story short, after countless/pointless court hearings and multiple unfounded investigations the truth was finally put to light and everything that Ashely and I have been trying to tell the courts made sense to them! I was awarded sole-custody of my son after not being able to see him for 8 months. Ashely fought tooth and nail and showed the courts that I intact was the parent trying to prove these wrongful allegations against me. Ashely is a Godsend! She will not only fight for you and be your “MUSCLE” but she will also put sense into your head as well for picking which battles to fight, because we all know most attorneys say “yeahhh let’s fight to death” and then a month later receive a ridiculous bill, but this isn’t Ashely and that’s a very “RARE BREED” to find especially in this type of setting. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE going through this type of unfortunate circumstance to pleaseeeeee call Ashely Fontana, because she is by far THE BEST choice for when it comes to family law.
