Jesse and his team have been fantastic to work with. They are extremely reliable, personable and obviously well-versed in legal matters but most importantly, trust worthy. They helped me on a range of items such as setting up my business entity, ensuring the structure worked for my given business, they gave me counsel on matters related to business partnerships and helped draft my current master service agreements and statement of work for all ongoing client work. I couldn't help but feel at ease throughout the entire process and knew what was happening every step of the way. They were very responsive to all of my questions and even brought things to my attention that I was not thinking of.
