I was having many issues with a tenant occupying an apartment. After reaching out to many resources, I was referred to Mr. Adler. I was very stressed with the situation the tenants had caused when I was able to get ahold of Mr. Adler. His experience and guidance on how to go about legal documents, tracking incidents, as well as suggested timelines were what granted me the confidence to proceed with mediation. The vast experience that Mr. Adler brought to this situation was positively impactful and helped appease both parties involved. The meetings were detailed, thorough, and on most occasions more than one viable solution was offered. If there were any doubts, I was always reminded that I could ask questions before making any decisions, this alone provided me the peace of mind to come to a resolution. It was because of Mr. Adler that I was able to go through mediation with confidence and achieved a better experience with the tenants. Jon at one point was a fairly close personal friend after being an attorney for me. I have had to deal with a lot of attorneys, and most of them are ok at what they do. Some are fairly great. A lot of them are cold and moving like you are on an assembly line. This is not Jon. He actually cares and takes an interest in you as a person. If he doesn't know the answer he is honest with you and asks if he can get back to you on that. It humanizes the engagement. More over you can tell he takes pride in making it happen for other people and seems to go to great lengths to see other people successful, but does so in a very professional ethical way I genuinely miss our friendly banter. If you are considering working with him, I cant encourage it enough.
