As a first time homebuyer, that was going through the process outside of the state of Illinois, Mr. Aven was could not have been more patient, helpful, and accommodating. Not only did he make the experience painless he ended up being a better advocate for my purchasing position than my real estate agent, saving me thousands. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and a lot of things I didn't know that I didn't know. Jonathan answered everything and more... he was a fountain of information and great to work with. Plus when it came to negotiating the terms of house I eventutally did buy, I got everything I was looking for and more thanks to Jonathan. It made my closing as stress-less as possible. I had used Jonathan to buy the condo a number of years ago. He made the process really easy for us. So it was a no brainer to have him help with the sale of the condo. As with the last time the process was completely handled by him. Anything we had to do he walked us through it. I ca not recommend him strongly enough for a real estate transaction.
