Experienced, knowledgeable and i think liked by all immigration officers he meets. There's many immigration attorneys in chicago area but what separates Attorney Robert milla from the rest is that he gets it right at the beginning of the process and puts together and tailors the case perfectly for you to get the approval with speed. Another quality he has is his unique presence at the interview. Robert filed both our i 485 adjustment of status and i 751 removal of conditions on residence cases. No request for evidence was issued on any of them, both were approved fast, in fact the i 751 was approved within 6 months at a time that it takes a minimum of 18 to 22 months to hear back even with additional requests, i can't believe it still but i am so happy. all credit to Robert. I am impressed and sincerely recommend Robert for anyone thinking about filing any type of immigration case. Thank you Dear Robert

Robert and his team are beyond excellent. My husband got his green card after 3 yrs of processing and it was a tough wait for us. But regardless of how many questions or queries, robert and his team are extremely responsive to emails and calls. Robert Milla is the best attorney we have come across. After consulting other attorneys, we ended up giving our case to Robert Milla because of the satisfaction we got after speaking to him. He was very clear in making us understand the process and was very professional. My case was for my marriage based green card and he handled it excellently. We didn’t have to worry about anything from the start till the end. He sent us a well defined check list of documents needed for my case. Alongside the adjustment of status, he also filed for my EAD(work permit) and travel permit which made things MUCH easier while I waited for my green card. When the time came for the interview, he prepared us very well, gave us a checklist of documents and also a list of questions to be prepared for.
