Barry and Adam Sheppard did a great job for me on a very difficult case. After years of online harassment from 2 individuals escalated into threats via social media, I turned to the court for relief and filed for an Order of Protection. The defendants contested the OOP and had carefully used social media, electronic communication and 3rd parties to convey their threats to avoid being directly attached to the threats and harassment. After an arduous trial, Barry was expertly able to navigate around the opposing counsel's attempts to strike key electronic evidence from the case and obtained the maximum relief; a 2 year No Stalking No Contact Order and the harassing party was ordered to forfeit their FOID and Concealed Carry privileges. Thank you Barry for protecting my family, ending the years of harassment and helping us finally feel safe and at peace.
