It took us a little over 5 months since we sent in our AOS application to get the green card. Marta was very patient and thorough with us through this whole process. I had a few specific concerns and many questions, and she provided information and answers quickly. She charges an hourly rate, but we thought her rates are reasonable, and ended up spending way less than a flat rate we were quoted from another attorney. Regardless, it was very much worth it to have Marta on our side for peace of mind and confidence in her expertise. We were all pleased and surprised that our process was so short, and I'm sure there are many factors that resulted in this, but I know for sure that without Marta it would have taken us longer to just put together and send in the application. I am really glad and grateful that she was our attorney. We will be referring her to our acquaintances and friends in Chicago applying for permanent residency.
