Highly recommended.

This firm ended up being a trap for me. They failed to timely handle my malpractice case and certify its merits. Then they told me to find another attorney because it was getting too expensive for them. That blacklisted me because no lawyer wants to inherit the mess that another attorney created by filing a case prematurely before certifying it, and then dropping it. Afterall, "If you touch it, you own it". How can a firm fail to find a doctor to certify a case where the surgeon put 4 of 10 screws into a patient's spinal column? Easy, they wasted money with one's that admitted to knowing my surgeon, and their doctor's obviously wanted to protect him with a code of silence. KJS failed to properly vett their expensive professional witnesses. Then, when I complained about their failed handling of the case, they dropped my other easier-to-handle case. I ended up with a minor concussion and a dozen staples in my head in the dangerous environment of another business. KJS actions of dropping another case felt like an arrogant revenge maneuver to me. But that case was mishandled too. They wasted 14 months of the 24 month statute of limitations before they even had me sign the medical releases. Listen to the same advice that they gave me: Find another attorney. Don't waste your time with this firm because they will corner you into a hopeless loss, no matter how obvious your doctor's malpractice was."

Worked with this law firm in the past few months for case. I was recommended by my friend who has also previously had great success with the firm. Steve Jambois was my attorney. I absolutely recommend this firm as they are super professional and very knowledgeable in their specialized field. I felt a weight off my shoulders from the moment I contacted the office to handle my case. Everything worked out perfectly.

It was ok falafel were very bad I think its pricey I've had better and cheaper

Had an awful experience with this law firm. My paralegal Lauren hardly ever returned my phone calls. I worked with them about a year before they finally told me 1 month before my statue of limitations that they would not be able to take my case. Luckily I found a new lawyer in time and we just settle on my case. Do not recommend this place AT ALL!!!

I've waited almost 6 months for them to give me an answer if they would take my case after 'I"sent in all my medical records. I Never signed anything or saw them in person. Ive communicated with Ruby. I called today & left ruby a message asking around how long does it take to make a decision & I mentioned that I was "talking" with other lawyers, Why... cuz I only have 2 years to file if they don't want my case I have to find another lawyer before February 2019. I get this message from Ruby: (Sorry for the email response but I am in meetings and out of the office most of the day. I did get your voicemail and forwarded it over to my case manager. He said that since you have other lawyers looking at the case as well, that we will be sending your records back and will not be moving forward on the case. Thanks Ruby Liptack,) I was furious😡! As I've waited almost 6 months for this firm to "make a decision" very unprofessional. A complete waste of a sick person who's been in pain time! Just not right.
