It took a while to settle this very complicated case, but I will summarize it down to a few words.
1. We got a defendant that is unresponsive, disappears and just a plain cheater that will delay the case in whatever ways she can.
2. We had too many hurdles to go thru because our judge happens to be retiring and another judge is taking over the case.
3. This all happened throughout these two years in pandemic.
At the end, we won! I am so impressed with Doug and his dedication towards this case, it’s amazing! I totally recommend him to everyone!
