Harris Elliot and his team were great. I can't say enough about them. I felt like my life was turned upside down after a slip at work and trying to deal with workers comp was horrible. I was going through weeks without pay ignored phone calls and emails. I didn't know what to do I was at my breaking point medical bills not being payed by worker comp and sent to my insurance. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and I called GWC and got Harris Elliot as my attorney.after talking to him was able to relieve some of my stress. Anytime I called him he called me right back. Always calming my nerves and resolving any issues I had. I can't say enough about Harris and his team. I'm glad my case is done everything went good. I miss everyone at GWC now that my case is over. Gwc... a great law firm at times I felt like it was taking a long time but every time I called or left a message Ms. Blanca always responded and put me at ease. Choosing GWC Lawyers was the best thing I ever did. I had a torn bicep from a work injury which resulted in having surgery. After surgery I had no feeling in my entire hand. Workman's Comp tried to disregard it. Got a second opinion from another hand surgeon who told me feeling won't come back without another surgery. Workman's Comp fought me so I retained GWC to fight for me. Raul Rodriguez was appointed my attorney and was immediately helpful and got the ball rolling against workman's comp. It was almost a four year journey but Raul got me my surgery and then ironed out a settlement for me. The whole time Raul and his secretary Gricelda were in contact with me and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. Raul fought for me and we were victorious!
