I am currently using this company in my workers comp claim. Please do no use them. My lawyer is David Caplan. Before I hired him on as a lawyer he assured me that he would assist in dealing with the insurance company. He doesn’t do anything but ask me to send him paperwork that the insurance company already has. He says he calls and e-mails with no answer from the insurance company. The insurance company says that he has not been reaching out to them. This company is a waste of time and I have to get my payments and approvals on my own. This company wastes my time and money. Update: to the owner of GWC I’m sorry to inform you but the requests I needed were not sent. David sent in one request for treatment and that was right around the time I fired him. Everything else I asked him to handle via phone conversations went by the wayside with David asking me to send him doctors notes that were already sent in to The Hartford which was my insurance company t the time. I’m not trying to ruin your company I’m sure you all have many clients but my truth and and experience was just as I wrote it.

Working with Mr. Elliott was a Breeze. not only was he concise and honest, he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything Very easy. Also i might add, his supporting staff Amy and Crystal make sending and receiving documents so good and hassle free. I have worked with GWC in the past and will called them first every time too.
